MixBus Platinum is a universal binary with native support for both Apple Silicon and Intel processors. No Rosetta translation required on M1, M2, M3, or M4 Macs.

Fully optimized for 64-bit Windows with SIMD acceleration on modern x64 processors. ASIO driver support in standalone mode for professional low-latency audio interfaces.

Audio Specifications

MixBus Platinum processes audio in 64-bit double-precision floating point internally, regardless of the input format or host sample rate. All processing stages maintain full precision throughout the signal chain.

• Sample Rates — 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88.2 kHz, 96 kHz, 176.4 kHz, 192 kHz
• Internal Processing — 64-bit double-precision floating point
• Channel Configuration — Stereo (2-in / 2-out)
• Latency (Standalone) — <1 ms at 48 kHz / 64 samples
• Latency (Plugin) — Format and buffer-dependent; reported to host for automatic delay compensation
• TruePeak Guard — 4x oversampled FIR inter-sample peak detection

Plugin Format Compatibility

MixBus Platinum has been validated in all major DAWs and broadcast automation systems. If your host supports AU or VST3, MixBus Platinum will work.

• AudioUnit (AU) — Logic Pro, GarageBand, Reaper, Studio One (macOS only)
• VST3 — Reaper, Cubase, Nuendo, Studio One, Ableton Live, FL Studio, Pro Tools (with VST adapter), WideOrbit, ENCO DAD
• Standalone — Independent application for dedicated broadcast processing. Runs as a system service on macOS and Windows for 24/7 unattended operation.

AAX format is not currently supported. Pro Tools users can use the VST3 format via a third-party bridge or the standalone application.
